From September 1–3, Truking Advanced Materials Technology (Changsha) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Truking Technology, presented its latest innovations in precision filling at CPHI & PMEC 2025 in Shenzhen.
Founded in 2023, Truking New Materials was established to drive the localization of pharmaceutical ceramic pump technology. With a dedicated R&D team and strong backing from Truking’s global platform, the company has rapidly achieved breakthroughs in ceramic powder preparation, structural components, and high-precision dosing modules. Its ceramic pumps are already widely applied and recognized in the market, matching the performance of leading international brands.
At CPHI & PMEC, Truking New Materials unveiled a wide portfolio of ceramic pumps, including the flagship Beyond-EX series. Each pump undergoes nearly 70 refined processes—from powder preparation and sintering to precision machining and rigorous inspection—reflecting the company’s uncompromising pursuit of quality. Four featured models attracted significant interest from international visitors:
-A Pump (Single-acting plunger pump): Simple structure, spring return and check-valve control, cost-efficient and precise. A proven glass pump replacement, highly popular in the oral liquid industry.
-B Pump (Groove-valve plunger pump): Independently servo-driven, accurate and easy to operate, with fast disassembly for offline cleaning and sterilization. A market favorite with wide applications.
-C Pump (Rotary-valve pump): Dual independent plungers reduce wear and offer flexibility, with high accuracy but slightly more complex installation.
-S Pump (CIP-SIP pump): Optimized design enabling online cleaning and sterilization, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
Beyond ceramic pumps, Truking New Materials also showcased its peristaltic pumps and customized solutions such as anti-crystallization pumps and WIP systems. The peristaltic pump features 304 stainless steel construction, GMP compliance, mirror-polished rollers for minimal tubing wear, and a dual-pumphead design allowing independent control and space-saving installation—ideal for both aqueous solutions and microspheres.
